You Lied to Me Love

You lied to me more than once love.
You spilled me (when I wasn't looking) from above,
You told me that all and everything,
Would centre upon me while unthinking
Others would circle round me spinning
Me all that I ever wanted without wishing.

You lied to me more than once love.
You killed me (when I wasn't listening) from above,
You told me that I would be in the flow,
Suspended happily ever after in the glow,
Of a timeless bliss a state beyond this now,
All I ever wanted given with no wondering how.

You lied to me more than once love until finally
Incompletely I began to find that love starts with me.
